Blueprints come alive
Site plans show the most important information on a property: the property line, the footprint of the building(s), access from the street, adjacent properties, and parking. We can use color coding, some shadows and landscaping to turn a dull blueprint into a dynamic graphic, making it our strongest sales tool. At times we will create a perspective view of a site to match an aerial or for added impact.

missing site plans
Yet, most real estate websites entirely lack site plans! Probably because most blueprints pre-date the computer era (property lines rarely change), and would need to be redrawn. Lack of a site plan however means missing out on showing off many of the most desirable features of a property.
