Existing buildings
At times it is impossible to show a property with just photographs. Like in Manhattan, where the view can be blocked by other buildings. Then a rendering becomes essential. The building rendering at right doubles as a graph showing vacancies.

Development projects
It is important to give investors a clear idea of what they are investing in. More and more architects are able to produce renderings. If not, we can liven up a blueprint by inverting it, or create a rendering based on the blueprint. See also construction phases under “Developments.”
