Photo pages and photo layouts
Photos are an important part of every brochure and memorandum. We have produced hundreds of investment offering memorandums and brochures, with thousands of photo pages. And as most memorandums are inherently complex enough, we like to keep the layouts themselves simple and clean. Almost as a resting point for the eye, instead of making these pages busy with special effects.

Below is an example of how a simple layout can create a brochure that is both interesting yet useful. The information on 200 smaller properties is easily accessible through color coding, indexes and tabs, and is presented in an interesting manner.
