Retail tenants at a glance
In a leasing plan, the tenants are shown on a footprint of the property, usually a shopping center, strip mall, or any large subdivided property. We are well experienced in designing such leasing plans, as we have worked on a hundred or more shopping center projects over the past decade.

Color coding pertinent information
Color coding and a legend allows the most important information to be clearly and quickly available. For investment purposes, we generally show sales per square foot, or the length of the lease. We can also color code by category of tenant, like for a mall directory, and highlight the anchor tenants. Property lines and parking information however are to be found on the site plan.
