Shopping centers are large investment properties (often over $100 million) and require a substantial amount of information to the prospective buyers. Photographs include aerials, exteriors of the mall and anchors, and interior shots to show the general ambience, shops and food court.

Shopping center graphics
The graphics for shopping centers generally include a regional map, a location map, a site plan and a leasing plan. The leasing plan will show just the tenants and vacancies (as below), or is color coded by sales per sf. There is often market information in the form of a trade area map or even an analysis of average incomes by zipcode.
