Offering memorandum of office park
This is an example of one of many projects where we received photo slides and text from our real estate investment client, and delivered printed and bound offering memorandums in return. We used high quality printing on glossy card stock, with each section opening with a photo or map on the back side of the tab. The ring binder has a gold stamped hard cover.

The graphics and photos
This offering has a regional map, a location map, a large, two-page site plan of the office park, and individual site plans of the three properties of the portfolio. We used patterned backgrounds and warm earth-tone colors that go well with the photos. There are photos of the exteriors and aerial photographs to show the site.
