Office building investment offering
This is a typical office building offering that we were asked to provide graphics on. They include a regional map of greater Los Angeles, a local and area map, and a competitive properties map, as well as a site plan and a series of pages of floor plans (ground, terrace, low-rise, and high-rise floors). In this case, we serve as a seamless extension of our client’s (very large) graphics department. We email the graphics to our client, and their in-house reproduction department does the printing.
